THE WEATHER PERSON SAID IT WOULD START SNOWING AROUND NOON

I ran over to Co-op, around noon, and it started to snow right on cue.

I just want to cry.  C'mon, weather person, Rita's daffodils are coming up.  Turn off the damn snow.
