THE BAD NEWS: About another inch of snow today. It's not a lot and we can use the precipitation but, at this time of the year, I'd rather have the other form of precip. It's been so long but, if I remember right, it's called rain.
THE GOOD NEWS: It's a long way off but come next thursday the forecast high is 42, friday 44, saturday 45. Could we really get out of the 30's and get some snow melting temperatures?
By the way, the ice is all broken up on the river and there are big slabs of ice floating around in the water. The, ever present, Riverside Park ducks, who somehow survive the winters, are using the ice slabs like rafts and riding on them. I wanted to take a picture but they were too far off to get a good shot and I was too distracted by Luna who sure would have liked to jump in the water and "chase some duckies".
