IT'S ANOTHER LOUSY MORNING IN LA CROSSE
We're looking at snow, sleet and freezing rain for the early morning commute.  It's a forecast you might expect in the middle of January but this is the third day of May.  Go figure!

Even the most optimistic people I know are walking around with a frown.  Will it never, ever end???

The National Weather Service says the freezing rain will accumulate up to a tenth of an inch on bridges, overpasses, trees and power lines.  A few roads will become icy causing dangerous driving.  At 1:25 AM, we had freezing rain with icing on tree branches and other external objects in La Crosse.

By the way, Rochester had an average temperature of 32 degrees yesterday.  That's the coldest average temperature ever recorded at Rochester.
