CONFIDENCE IS ALSO INCREASING THAT AN ACCUMULATING SNOW MAY BE POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY. AT THIS TIME...THE HIGHEST CHANCE FOR ACCUMULATING SNOW LOOKS TO BE ACROSS SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA AND NORTHEAST IOWA.
