Highway 16 in front of Valley View Mall is closed for most of the week.  That's the first of a couple more closures, this spring, to fix, among other things "crumbling joints".

 

Hey!  If they want to see some "crumbling joints" that need fixing they should come over here and see me.  I got 'em, big time!
