SNOW

The La Crosse Tribune made note, today, that La Crosse averages 44.5 inches of snow during the winter season.  So far, this winter, we've had 40 inches of snow.

This amazes me because I have never made it through a winter without wearing my overshoes at least once.  This year I haven't even taken them out of the closet.
