North Carolina has voted down a bill that would have made medical use of marijuana legal in their state. What was the reason for their decision? One state representative said they voted it down because they were being "harassed" with too many phone calls and emails from people who supported the bill.
Talk about "representing the will of the people"!!! I was under the impression that "will of the people" meant nothing under a dictatorship. Apparently, the "will of the people" doesn't mean a hell of a lot here, anymore, either.
