LIGHT RAIN FALLING WHEN I GOT UP

The forecast calls for rain most of the day with heavy rain and lightning possible at some point.  But, I'm not complaining.  By the time you get to the middle of October it could be SNOW!  Remember what happened last October in the northeast??
