Rapid City is under a WINTER STORM WARNING for rain changing to snow after midnight. Not to be left out, we have a 40% chance for rain and snow tomorrow night.
I'm beginning to think that by the time we, actually, get to summer it will be time for the leaves to fall and the snow to start falling all over again.
