And the clear sky tonight will drop our temperatures down to 15 below, or so. Have I mentioned how thankful I am for a warm bed? There are far too many that don't have that.

GUNDERSON HOSPITAL HAS RELEASED THE LIST OF THE MOST POPULAR BABY NAMES FOR 2012
I'm still shaking my head.
The most popular name for boys was JACKSON followed by LIAM at #2 and OWN at #3. Own??? Where did that come from? That comes dangerously close to Owner doesn't it? Wonder what Grandpa would have thought of that. Again, like they say, what goes around comes around and the kids, today, think they've come up with something "new"!
Now, for the girls. #1 was AVA followed by BROOKLYN. Brooklyn??? Why did they have to go all the way to New York to come up with a name? And, if it had to be New York why not Manhattan? That's a much more exciting borough to be named after. And, #3 was Emma. Hey! Emma! I know a dog up at the R & R Ranch that's struttin' around this morning!
You won't find a Douglas around any more and the only Rita's are meter maids.
It's just another reminder that we're very much out of date.
