149 control towers, including the one at the La Crosse airport, will close on April 7.
The FAA and airline officials say 90 minute delays and a 30% to 50% reduction in flights arriving at major airports during major travel times and bad weather can be expected. (READ THE FULL STORY HERE)
Flying is getting to be a real challenge, we have an interstate system that's showing its age, bridges are crumbling, we have politicians who don't seem to want to join the rest of the world in providing first class train service and we won't even talk about the price fluctuations on gas.
STAY HOME seems to be the message we're getting.
