We can expect some afternoon and evening showers today. On the first day of spring one would expect rain showers but if one were in Wisconsin one would not be surprised to see SNOW showers instead.
The snow, along with 15 to 25 MPH winds will cause blowing and drifting snow which will cause some snow covered roads and black ice.
By the way, if you were living in the La Crosse in Florida, today, you'd be looking at thunderstorms with a high of 70. Now, that's my idea of "spring".
