TOO DRY LAST YEAR...TOO WET THIS YEAR...IS IT EVER "JUST RIGHT"?

It is a measure of how surprisingly wet things are here, so far this year, that our sod delivery has been postponed, indefinitely.  The ground at south Texas sod farms is is too wet to harvest.  So we stand by, on yard work.

Last month I stained half the back porch with sun-protector, but can't finish yet because of the damp conditions.  But the delays are far better than the alternative, more drought.
