3.3 EARTHQUAKE IN OKLAHOMA CITY THIS MORNING

Chilly in the apartment this morning.  When I looked at the outside conditions I could understand why.  At 2 AM it was 31 with a wind chill of 26.  That's "turn up the heat time".
