Men's Health magazine says Madison's average household has more degrees than a thermometer.  The second smartest city is Plano, Texas.

I thought, with cousin Bill living there, he might be able to raise the I.Q. of Las Vegas but, alas, they come in third from the bottom beating out only Cleveland and Miami.
