I ran across this video, this morning and had to share it with you. Donnie got his diplomatic start in Uruguay and, after seeing this, I wonder why he ever left. Certainly, anyone who has lived in Wisconsin would feel right at home. Uruguay has 3.8 cows for every person living in the country.
