COOKING A TURKEY BREAST

They had some really beautiful, small, turkey breasts, all trussed up, at the Co-op yesterday.  It looked so good I had to bring one home.  Then I got a few tears in my eyes.  THUNDER LOVED TURKEY.

I've never done one before so wish me luck!
