WHAT IS CAT HERDERS DAY??

You try to do something and no matter how hard you try you can't figure out how to do it?  It seems impossible so you say it's like "trying to herd cats".  And, take it from me..that is impossible!

Then some smart ass comes along and does the impossible.  Those are the folks we honor today.  Those smart asses that can do the impossible.
