WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR BEAUTIFUL WEATHER?

At 7:00 AM it was 68 degrees in La Crosse.  HIGH THIS AFTERNOON WILL BE 69.  This really sucks after our sunny sky and 80 degree temperatures yesterday!
