The National Weather Service in La Crosse has issued a freeze
warning... which is in effect from 1 am to 8 am CDT Sunday.
Temperatures will drop to below freezing into the 20s tonight
along River Valley locations where the growing season has yet to
end.
Sensitive outdoor plants with fruits and vegetables are at the
highest risk and should be covered or brought indoors tonight
into Sunday morning.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A freeze warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or
highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and other
sensitive vegetation.
