As a former Continental Airlines employee, I'm sorry to see all the problems they've had since merging with United. Mergers always bring problems but they need to get their act together pretty soon.
Yesterday, with the United computers down, passengers were stuck, at gates, all over the country. As one disgruntled customer said, "Five United flights. Five bad experiences."
The old Continental customers praised our service. I hope the new airline can get that kind of service back, again, soon!
