Our normal high for July 19 is 86 and that's exactly what the forecast high for today is.  I can live with 86.

The rain was nice to have, yesterday afternoon, but is didn't amount to much.  A puny .20" for La Crosse.  Viroqua, however, did a lot better with 1.42" of rain.
