BITTER COLD WIND CHILLS THIS MORNING

The overnight lows were miserably cold around the area overnight.  Barre Mills dropped to 3 below.  We stayed above zero, in La Crosse but only by 1 degree.  Prairie Du Chien had 4 below and Black River Falls saw 15 below with Sparta at 13 below.
