WILLARD GIVES CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE

"Got a letter from Kimberly-Clark Customer service located in Neenah, wherever that is.  I had called them to complain about the poor quality of VIVA towels and, are you ready?  They are sending me a refund check for $10.99.  Now that is customer service.  A RARE occurrence these days!"
