I JUST READ AN INTERESTING BIT OF TRIVIA

There were 116 episodes of the TV show, route 66.  The series ran from 1960 to 1964.  Of those 116 episodes, Only 2 were actually filmed on route 66.

By the way, the correct title of the show WAS "route 66" NOT  "Route 66".
