STORMS AND HEAT
This is the advisory from the National Weather Service:
A hot and humid air mass will move into the region today. Afternoon heat index readings will be near 100 degrees.
Thunderstorms will be possible across Southeast Minnesota late tonight. A few of these storms could become severe, capable of producing damaging winds and large hail.
Thunderstorms will, again, become possible Friday with isolated large hail and damaging winds.
