DIGGING UP THE PAST

There's a very interesting story in the La Crosse Tribune this morning.  Archaeologists have discovered a 500 year old Indian home near Holmen.  Many other artifacts have been found in the same area in past years.  Click here to read the story

I'm thinking that the Indians probably had a village in that area but when the Norwegians moved in the Indians moved out.
