It's a commemoration for all of the civilians and members of the Armed Forces, in the Netherlands, who have died in wars or peace keeping actions since World War II.
Tomorrow the Dutch will celebrate the liberation of the country from Germany in World War II.
The Dutch half of me just had to call attention to that today.
