Mt. Moriah (in Deadwood) sure has changed. No cars allowed anymore and it costs a dollar to visit. Penny won a dollar at the slots so that paid for our cemetery visit.
We walked all the way to the top of the cemetery and then a couple blocks more to where the old town marshal, Seth Bullock's big tombstone is.
I asked why he was buried outside the cemetery and was told he wanted to be buried there so he could see the tower erected in honor of his old friend, President Teddy Roosevelt. Now, the trees have grown so tall you can't see the tower anymore."
