Norwegian Icebreaker Sent to Open U.S. River!

It is so cold that the US Corp of Engineers has borrowed a Norwegian Icebreaker to clear the Mississippi River for freighter traffic.  The Icebreaker is starting near St. Paul and moving southward, but it is slow going.
