It's still sprinkling and the wind is vicious. Miserable morning.
I realized how miserable after seeing this report from the National Weather Service.
INTENSE HEAVY RAIN RATES EARLIER THIS MORNING LED TO WIDESPREAD STREET FLOODING IN PARTS OF THE CITY. WHILE MOST OF THE FLOODING HAS GONE DOWN.THERE WERE STILL SOME STREETS UNDER WATER AT 9AM. INCLUDING COPELAND & MONITOR STREETS WITH SOME STRANDED CARS.
THE HEAVIEST RAIN HAS ENDED SO CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE OVER TIME THIS MORNING.
