A LARGE STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE INTO THE DAKOTAS ON SUNDAY AND WILL
THEN STALL OUT.
WARM AND VERY MOIST AIR WILL SURGE INTO THE AREA
AHEAD OF THE SYSTEM RESULTING IN STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS, ESPECIALLY FOR SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING AND PERHAPS AGAIN ON
MONDAY.
LARGE HAIL, DAMAGING WINDS, LOCALIZED FLOODING AND EVEN
A FEW TORNADOES ARE ALL POSSIBLE.
THE STORM WILL MOVE VERY, VERY SLOWLY ACROSS THE UPPER MIDWEST FINALLY REACHING WISCONSIN ON WEDNESDAY AND THE GREAT LAKES REGION
BY THURSDAY.
THIS WILL KEEP A CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH MUCH
OF THE WEEK.
WHILE STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED THE AMOUNT
OF RAINFALL DURING THIS TIMEFRAME MAY RESULT IN SOME LOCALIZED
FLOODING PROBLEMS.
