The weather advisories have been posted by the National Weather Service.
Strong northwest winds with gusts of 30 to 40 MPH will develop by this evening and will send wind chills plummeting to 5 to 15 above by sunrise tomorrow.
Wind chills will remain that cold throughout the day tomorrow.
