Something new in La Crosse. NOON TUNES, a free concert series will be held in RIVERSIDE PARK every Thursday from 11:30am to 1:30pm BEGINNING JUNE 14 WITH EMMY AWARD WINNER BILL MILLER. The concerts will run through September. I'm looking foreword to it.
