Donnie and Linda may end up with more rain than they need. A flash flood watch is in effect for all of south central Texas from 6 PM, tonight, until noon tomorrow.
A low pressure system moving in from Mexico could drop 2 to 4 inches of rain, over the hill country, and some isolated areas could get even more.
