Many of the main traffic arteries will be shut down, security will be higher than you've ever seen it. There will be traffic jams galore and you don't want to be in one!
In case you haven't heard, the heads of 50 countries will be in town for the NATO summit. Every one of them will need police escorts and tons of security people and other aides.
Sounds like a mess to me!
