Donnie alerted me to this website JAMES EARLE FRASER about this sculptor who was born in Winona, had a home in Mitchell, South Dakota, had a lot of contact with Indians and the history of Little Big Horn and looks, a lot, like a Terpstra.  Now, if that isn't a coincidence I don't know what is!
