I just finished reading "27" by Howard Sounes.
It covers the deaths of Brian Jones (founder of the Rolling Stones), Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Jim Morrison, Kurt Cobain and Amy Winehouse. Strangely enough, they all died at the age of 27.
It's an excellent book but hard to read. How tragic that all the fame, fortune and talent can create such miserable, unhappy and tragic lives.
