New York is #1 in the nation for the least affordable day care.  That I can understand but when I hear that Wisconsin and Minnesota tied for #2 least affordable day care states.  That I can't understand.  The cost of living in this part of the country just doesn't add up with the average income.  WKBT reported the story.
