YES, WE'VE HAD A LOT OF RAIN BUT.......

It was on this day in 1946 that Mellen, Wisconsin got 11.72 inches of rain.  That's the Wisconsin record for the most rain in a 24 hour period.  Mellen is way up in northern Wisconsin between Hayward and Ironwood.
