We had another downpour in the early morning hours, this morning. I just don't think we can take much more of this. From what I read in the paper it sounds like the flooding in Houston County is really serious. Officials estimate the flood damage will cost, at least, $2 million. Some places got as much as 14 inches of rain over the weekend.
Paul and Dorothy are in Colorado. I hope they find their place O.K. when they get home.
The National Weather Service says another round of storms, late this afternoon and evening, could produce another 1 to 4 inches of rain between Interstates 80 and 90.
