I started the day on a high note.
I took a load of clothes down to the laundry room and discovered a spiffy new washing machine.
Then I stopped to pick up Saturdays mail and found a letter from the clinic with the results of my colonoscopy. Cancer free and I don't have to drink that awful stuff for another five years....if there is another five years.
