We'll see wind gusts as high as 25 MPH today with a high near 45.
Tomorrow it's back to winter with a chance of snow in the morning, rain in the afternoon and back to snow tomorrow night. That doesn't sound like "ideal" weather for a St. Patrick's day parade!
If you love winter and wish it would never end, you should be living in Wisconsin.
