A real spring day has finally arrived. After all the rain we've had, with a couple of days of sunshine and warm temperatures I'll bet we'll see the color GREEN pop out everywhere.
THIS IS A GREAT DAY ON THE BORDER!
I wish I was back down there to celebrate with them.
This is a celebration of the Battle of Puebla, fought on May 5, 1862, in which the Mexican Army defeated the French forces bringing freedom to the Mexican people.
I've got Norway and the Netherlands in my blood but will always have Mexico, and the Mexican people, in my heart.
