SOUNDS LIKE IT'S COLD ALL THE WAY TO THE GULF

Willard reports clear skies over Houston with 33 degrees at 7:00 A.M.  He said, "Put the boston fern in the garage.  Too cold to leave it outside."

Haven't heard from Donnie yet but the wind chill in Austin was 33.
