I was sitting on the floor, yesterday, playing solitaire and twisted around to get my coffee. Bad move. The PAIN IN MY BACK has, pretty much, stopped me from moving much. I'm OK if I stand or sit but getting from one position to the other is agony.
This isn't the first time I've had this. It goes back to my days in Rapid City and that's so long ago the dinosaurs were still around. It will hang around a few days and then be gone. In the meantime, I will be a very unhappy camper.
