IN WISCONSIN HISTORY

William Horlick was born on February 23, 1846.  His family immigrated to the USA and settled in Racine where Horlick grew up. He later moved to Chicago and then back to Racine.  Horlick will always be remembered for inventing, and getting the patent for, MALTED MILK.
