A BIT OF GOOD NEWS (FOR A CHANGE)

Home sales, for January, were up 10.3% over last year in Western Wisconsin.  And, I was walking up 5th Avenue, yesterday, and I noticed a sign on the window of the building across the street from the Hollywood Theater.  It had been for sale and the sign said "Offer Accepted" so that's encouraging.  Maybe we'll get a new business in there.
