It's been a couple of years since I've had a taste of chocolate.

Not even a small nibble.  Kidney disease and chocolates don't mix and I think giving up chocolate is a lot more difficult than giving up smoking.  They've got a patch to help you give up smoking.  There should be one for chocolate too.
