TEXAS RAIN

Looks like Donnie and Linda will get some rain today.  That should make them happy.

A "20% chance" is effectively 0% chance. After my years here, my more accurate formula is to divide the prediction by 2, then subtract 30. So an "80% chance or rain" is much closer to 10%. As of 2:00 today, no rain.
